These terms cover your use of BIGCS software and this website, together with the Disclaimer & Data Notice, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. A full EULA is still being drafted.

Who we are

BIGCS software and this website are offered by Big C's Products, LLC, doing business as BIGCS Software, a North Carolina limited liability company ("BIGCS", "we"). Contact: support@bigcsoftware.com.

1. Use of BIGCS

BIGCS is licensed, not sold, by subscription. BIGCS is not a survey. See the Disclaimer.

Subscription and seats

A subscription is licensed per seat. One seat is one user on one computer. Each license key is tied to one computer and is emailed from support@bigcsoftware.com after payment. You choose the number of seats at checkout.

Plans are 2 Counties, 6 Counties, and Whole State (every supported county in one state), at the prices on the pricing page. Coverage today is North Carolina counties, with South Carolina coming soon. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Yearly billing is 2 months free (the price of 10 months).

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by emailing support@bigcsoftware.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

2. User responsibility

You alone are responsible for how you use BIGCS output, including independent verification, professional judgment, following licensing and source terms, and protecting personal information in your drawings and deliverables.

3. No warranty

BIGCS AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BIGCS AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND DEVELOPERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PROPERTY OR BUSINESS, OR FOR BOUNDARY DISPUTES, ENCROACHMENTS OR CONSTRUCTION ERRORS, THAT ARISE FROM USING OR RELYING ON BIGCS. TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

5. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BIGCS and its members, managers, employees and developers against claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your use or misuse of BIGCS or its data, or from your breach of these terms, applicable law or source terms.

6. Intellectual property

BIGCS software is © 2026 Big C's Products, LLC dba BIGCS Software. Third-party product names are trademarks of their owners.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Venue lies in the state or federal courts serving Union County, North Carolina.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using BIGCS after an update, you accept the revised terms.
