Public-record information
Owner names, mailing and site addresses and similar details shown in BIGCS are public records published by government agencies. BIGCS shows them as the source provides them.
What we do not do
BIGCS does not sell personal data, and does not compile, store or market profiles of individuals. Data is retrieved live and placed in your drawing at your request.
Your responsibilities
- Follow all applicable privacy, anti-harassment, anti-stalking and data-protection laws.
- Do not use BIGCS data to harass, stalk, intimidate or harm anyone.
- Do not use it for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), such as decisions on credit, insurance, employment or tenant screening. BIGCS is not a consumer reporting agency.
- Some jurisdictions let certain people shield their information. You are responsible for following those rules.
International data
Data for areas outside the U.S. has no owner names and is limited to what the government source publishes for free.
Corrections
If you believe information is inaccurate or should be suppressed, contact the publishing government agency. BIGCS cannot change source records.
This website
This site has no accounts or tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your message only to reply. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Purchases
Paid plans are checked out on Stripe. Stripe processes the payment. We receive the email address and plan from that checkout so we can email your license key from support@bigcsoftware.com and support the subscription. Card numbers are not stored on this website.
