Refund Policy

This policy covers paid subscriptions to BIGCS software, sold by Big C's Products, LLC, doing business as BIGCS Software, a North Carolina limited liability company. It works together with the Terms of Service.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel anytime by emailing support@bigcsoftware.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not bill you again after a cancellation is confirmed.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance, per seat. After a license key has been emailed, that month's fee is not refunded. You can use BIGCS until the paid month ends.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans are billed in advance, per seat, at the price of 10 months (2 months free). After a license key has been emailed, that year's fee is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. You can use BIGCS until the paid year ends.

When we refund

Email support@bigcsoftware.com if you were charged in error, charged twice, or you paid and we did not email a license key. We will refund that charge. We also refund where the law requires it.

License keys

Your license key is emailed from support@bigcsoftware.com. Each license key is tied to one computer. One seat is one user on one computer.
