What does per seat mean?

A seat is one user on one computer. The price on each plan is per seat. At checkout you choose how many seats to buy. A two-person office that wants Whole State buys two seats.

Is the license key tied to one computer?

Yes. Each license key is tied to one computer. Your key is emailed from support@bigcsoftware.com after you pay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime by emailing support@bigcsoftware.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See the refund policy.

Which CAD programs does BIGCS work with?

Built for Carlson & IntelliCAD. AutoCAD support is coming later. NC counties today, SC coming soon. Data comes as-is from each county's public GIS. BIGCS never adjusts or datum-shifts it.

What is the difference between yearly and monthly?

Yearly billing is 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12. That is $499.90/yr for 2 Counties, $999.90/yr for 6 Counties, and $1,699.90/yr for Whole State, per seat.

Are letters and door hangers included?

Letters & Door Hangers is an optional add-on: $9.99/mo or $99.90/yr per seat, on any plan. You can add it at checkout or later from this page. Seats with the add-on can make letters, labels, and door hangers. Everything else works without it.
